To book our services, you must provide us with all necessary information, including but not limited to, your name, contact details, travel dates, and payment information. We will confirm your booking and send you an itinerary and travel documents through given email.
Payment:
You agree to pay the full amount of the travel services in advance. Payment methods include credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received in full.
Changes to Itinerary:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to, passports, visas, and travel insurance. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen luggage.
Changes to Itinerary:
We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
Liability:
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the travel service provider or any other third party. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or death that may occur during your travel. You agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from any claim, action, or demand arising out of your use of our services.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us within 24 hours. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the terms and conditions of the travel service provider. Refunds will be processed according to our terms and conditions.
